Fees and payments
Fees
Participant: 450 EUR / 2100 PLN
Student/PhD Student 400 EUR / 1900 PLN
Accompanying person: 250 EUR / 1200 PLN
Author or co-author cannot be treated as an accompanying person.
Participation only in one day of the conference does not affect the amount of the fee.
The conference fee includes:
- a book of abstracts (excluding accompanying persons),
- participation in all sessions,
- meals and conference events,
One participant may submit only one paper.
For an additional fee, it will be possible to publish the paper in a Special Issue in Materials (MDPI)
MDPI Materials Special Issue (open access).
5-Year Impact Factor: 3.623 (2020), open access publication, indexed within Scopus, SCIE (Web of Science), PubMed, MEDLINE, PMC, Embase, Ei Compendex, Inspec.
Discussions are underway with other journals to which papers will be recommended.

If the paper is not accepted by the Scientific Committee and its author resigns from his participation in the Conference for this reason, the fee will be transferred back.
In any other cases of resignation, a handling charge 50 EUR / 250 PLN will be deducted.
After 31 August, 2022 the fee will not be repaid.
